We Are Closing Down. After 24 years selling premium tea online and through two bricks and mortar stores, we are soon to retire. The decision hasn't been taken lightly, as we've loved doing what we do, but age is finally catching up with us. We expect to close the online store within 3 months or so (around mid 2023) and wanted to give you as much notice of this as we could. A traditional biscuit-shaped pu'er that has a mellow flavour, rich colour & texture. Bing Cha Pu'er is drinkable now but can be stored in a cool, dry cellar. This tea's colour and flavour will then improve with age; to the ultimate sweet liquorice flavours often acquired by very old pu'er. A collector's pu'er and a fine Bing Cha style. Only available in full cakes weighing approximately 360g.
