"Local" Postage Rates:

All orders to locations within Australia  will be posted at local "surface" rates.  The postal charges calculated in the Order form are estimated MAXIMUM charges calculated in US dollars, for "Economy Air" or "Airmail" depending on the option you choose.   In no case will a postal charge greater than the calculated estimate be charged without prior written approval from you.

International Rates:

You are requested to choose the method of postage at the commencement of the shopping cart process (the options will be presented to you when you first add an item to the shopping cart).  The actual cost will be determined, & email approval sought from you prior to despatch if it is greater than the price calculated at checkout.  In practice we usually waive compensation for any increased cost incurred by us.

Refunds On Returned Parcels:

We regret that once an order has been despatched we cannot accept a cancellation of order.  However, if an unopened parcel is returned intact at your expense, we will refund the purchase price upon receipt by us of the intact returned parcel.
